Tuition
Analysis of problems,
hardware software or operating system, will begin with
a
brief discussion
of the history of your system and any symptoms that led to the
current
circumstances. Once the extent of the difficulty is understood an
agreement can be
made as to what location would be best for the support
service to be implemented.
Our experience allows us to confidently state that in the majority of cases
within a
maximum of 2 hours the problem will be:
Repaired
or
Diagnosed
Such that a conclusion can
be drawn that the work and possible components
necessary to
achieve repair are economically viable. Should this not be the case
alternative
options will be offered whilst always taking into consideration retention
and protection of
any previously generated personal data.
